Welcome to Lourens River Guesthouse
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Ashtrays for outside smoking are available.
Rates include a welcome drink and the room
service. We caclulate rates on per person per night basis and not per room. Room Rates shown are in South African Rand.
Children 12 years and older are welcome when sharing with an adult.
We offer accommodation only - no breakfast.
Free off-street secure parking for guests and
visitors.
Transfers available from and to Cape Town International Airport or Cape Town and from and to restaurants (please enquire for rates).
A deposit of 25 % is required to secure your
accommodation, balance due 14 days before arrival. If the booking is 10
days or less prior to arrival, 100 % is due immediately.
Written confirmation of reservation is issued
on receipt of this deposit.
We accept: cash, EFT payment, credit cards (VISA and Mastercard).
Cancellation within 30 days before the arrival
date will lead to a payment of 25 % of the booking amount. Cancellation
after that, or failing to arrive at all, will lead to payment of 100 % of
the booking amount.
In the event of a premature departure the full
extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings
are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to
re-let the room/s.
